'Instant" Transfer to my debit card still has not shown up nearly 24 hours later

I tried this new instant transfer option for the first time yesterday because I needed the funds in my account ASAP.  I even paid the small fee to do it.  Well, it's not 24 hours later and the funds never showed up.  They are not showing up as pending either on my card/account.  The funds are no longer available in my PayPal account either.  So I paid a little extra to get these funds 'immediately' (max stated was 30 mins) and now I'm stuck with them not avaialble basically anywhere for me.  This is VERY frustrating!  If they do not show up by Monday morning I'm going to get very worried.  I highly recommend PayPal users be highly leary of this new service, it did not work correctly for me!  I guess I should have just used the old method of tranfering to my bank account, it looks like it'll take at least as long now using this method and I paid a fee for nothing.

If I'm missing something here let me know.  If you've experienced the same thing post about it too, maybe PayPal will fix this service or at least stop offering it / make a BOLD easy to need statment when you chose it that the funds might not show up in your account for days anyway with this 'instant' option.

Same just happened to me!!! Tried to transfer only 30$ through instant transfer because I needed it immediately and here I am 2 DAYS later and still nothing in my bank account.. tried talking to an agent who said it was gonna take 72 hours so I asked for the FEE BACK I paid for Instant transfer and they basically told me to **bleep** off lmao Literally pointless to advertise its gonna take max “30 minutes” when that’s not the case at all.. extremely disappointed I just want my god damn money.

It took over a month for them to release $500 into my account. Now I just dealt with two back to back holds from selling on eBay. All of the reasons why I don’t apply to me at all and they basically told me to expect to keep happening. I’ve been a client for 10 years and I’ve never been treated like this by Any company. It’s a disgrace

I know a lot of people are saying that no one came back to give an update of this problem with their transfer so I will. My "instant" transfer was to my debit card(visa) and I got that same message that it would take 24 hours. I got an email from PayPal at EXACTLY 24 hours saying they had just transferred the money and it would arrive within 30 mins. It was in my account within a couple minutes. On top of them living up to their 24-hour timeline, they also didn't even charge me the 1% fee that I agreed to since they made me wait and the transaction wasn't "instant." So yes, it ends well for some of us! Good luck and be patient(I wasn't. My anxiety took over at about 20 hours of waiting.).

I received the email from Paypal stating that 

You used your Visa, x- ???? [redacted] for this transfer. The money should be in your bank now.

This was two days ago. However the money still aren't in my account.

at least 4 of my friends are affected by this problem today. I called my bank and they said it was Paypal who took my money out. Funny it didn't show back to my Paypal's account. Plain Robbery

I've been waiting for now 3 days for the "30 minutes or less instant transfer" to be done. I have received money faster via regular withdraw. Never gonna use the instant again. Also my bank does not see any pending transactions so a PayPal issue.

I also have been waiting for 26 hours and I don't know if the others on this thread have gotten their money. It makes me very worried.

got mine after 4 days which is not worth of paying the fee as I get my money much faster via regular withdrawal to bank account which is free
