I've received money on Paypal by email, but it says I should make account but I have one already

Check that the email address the sender used was correct without any spelling errors and that is the one you have linked and confirmed on your Paypal account.

I've checked it is the same email, the only difference is that the money came from USA Paypal and my account is Israel Paypal ,

Did you confirm your email address as per my first post?

What currency was sent and have you added that currency as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

If you haven't received it then how do you know that they sent it? Did you get email confirmation from paypal and was it real or a spoof?

Yes my email is the same that i have the PayPal account with, The email that says I've received money, once i clicked accept the money, it redirect to the official PayPal website, once i logged in, nth happened, i receive no money
