I placed an order with old navy, payment processed and still have pending charge

I placed an order with old navy, had a pending payment put on my account, then the payment was processed again and I STILL have the pending payment so at this point I’ve been charged twice. Why is there still a pending charge it’s been almost a month.

I appreciate this must be concerning. 

 

I am unsure if you see this pending payment on your bank account or your PayPal account. However, it sounds like a pending authorisation. 

 

This should drop off within 30 days. If 30 days have passed and the authorisation is still on your PayPal account, please reach out to us. If it is on your bank account, contact your bank provider.
