I passed the 30 days to withdrawn my money and I don't know what to do now. (South Africa)

Hi, I withdrew my money 5 months ago because I wasn't aware of the South African regulations. I have the money in my Paypal account but now I'm not sure what I can do. Does anyone have any advice for what I can do with the money or if I can withdraw?
