I’m trying to get a refund that I made a payment plan with.

So I recently bought a Nintendo switch from GameStop because I recently lost the one I had. Then I found my original switch except I had already bought another. So I brought the new one into the store and requested a refund from them. They gave me a refund so I thought that was that. But I signed up for a payment plan through PayPal when I originally bought the switch and already made the down payment and according to PayPal Im still paying for the switch that I already returned. How do I stop the payments and get my down payment back?

Basically you have had a refund ''before'' you have paid for it as you entered a payment plan.

So you are a refund in credit and still need to pay for the item as it was never paid for was it.
