I have cancelled billing arrangement with Paddle.com since 26 July 2022 but my account is still being charged. Why?

I understand that you have been charged for a cancelled monthly subscription. I understand how disappointing it can be. Please be advised once any payment is processed, it cannot be changed or reversed from PayPal’s side. You only can contact the merchant to reverse the funds to you. If they do not respond to you, you have an option of filing a dispute from here
You also can cancel the monthly subscription from this link. If you still face any issues, I suggest you please contact us. You can find the number to reach us by going to PayPal website, scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting Contact, then clicking the Call us option.
