I understand that you've closed your PayPal account however, there seems to be a charge on your card and I am sorry to know about it. Please be informed that once the account is closed, any pending transactions or subscriptions will be automatically canceled. If you see a charge on the card, it is possible that the merchant would have charged for the payment or any subscriptions and if do not recognize it, please reach out to the card issuer for further assistance so that their team can help you accordingly.
