I can’t find the button to cancel my pending order (I’m on an IPad)

I just made a purchase on a merchant’s website because of the huge sell they had, even though I could barely afford it.

But I was making the transaction one minute before their countdown for the sale ended, so I lost my 50% discount at the very last second, and now I’m about to receive a charge that’s twice as big on my credit card, on which I had just enough money to pay for the discounted merchandise!

I know all of this was very unwise and clumsy of me… But if I can’t cancel the order before the merchant processes it, it’s gonna affect my already low credit score. Can somebody help me do that?

Reach out to the merchant and request a refund once the payment has completed.

Unfortunately paypal can't cancel payments for you.
