I accidentally sent money via multibanco to my blocked PayPal account

I accidentally sent money via multibanco to my blocked PayPal account. I did the transaction and now I don’t have the money in my bank account and I don’t have it on the PayPal account. The money will go again to my bank? What I need to do?

If the transaction fails it should bounce back to your bank account.

Allow 5-7 days and if not show speak to your bank about it?
