How to verify identity to transfer IN funds?

I'm trying to transfer IN funds from a debit card to refund a purchase. I have two linked cards, one debit and one credit. I keep getting a popup when I go to transfer that says I need to verify my identity. All research on how says there should be a confirm/verify card button in my wallet... I don't see one? I also don't see a confirm account in my account settings. I tried called paypal support and they aren't accepting calls? Started a chat but it says extended wait times for a response. Can anyone help? I have a buyer waiting and I just need to get 50$ into my account to refund.

I keep getting a "sorry we can't confirm your identity try again" error when I click confirm identity when clicking on my debit card in my wallet to transfer in.

The card billing address has to match your paypal account address.

If you don't want to wait to add funds then ............

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.
