I need help, In my account there are funds held, it says 7 days the funds will be released, the funds came in on July 19 and now it's July 26, but the funds have not been received so far, can you help me to solve this? I have tried from the article provided but did not find a solution. Please help. Thank You
Check the link for how to release funds however if you have provided a service or virtual item then the 7 days only applies if the buyer has been able to use the confirm receipt of item or service option, if not its 21 days.
