How does someone who don't have or want a PayPal account send money to my PayPal account?

Please can someone draw me a road map on how someone without a PayPal account can put money in my PayPal account. I already have sent my PayPal . me link and they still can't figure it out.

They can't, unless you are a business account owner and have a paypal card reader etc.
