How do I cancel my PayPal account. I'm getting false billings.

I'm getting spurious or false billings in the hundreds of dollars from someone unknown to me. I want to cancel my PayPal account so these will stop.

Click on the settings cog next to log out and the close account option is on the left side of that page.
