We are a nonprofit in Canada. We opened a PayPal account for one reason- bc etransfer cannot be used from US to CA. PayPal now claims to be unable to convert the funds to CA dollars nor can we withdraw to our bank account. We have thousands of dollars sitting in our PP account and we can’t pay suppliers, etc. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? No one seems to be able to help us! If you have anything to offer, we would love to hear from you.
