Help with buyer not paying but received my item

I have an email showing she sent payment to PayPal, but it states pending and did not go into my account. I shipped her the item and now she will not communicate or return the item or pay for it

Is it pending IN your paypal balance and showing in your paypal activity OR did you rely on a paypal email to say she had paid?

It says pending in PayPal. She still won’t answer any of my communication. Said the dress was delivered to Montana, but says she lives In Missouri
