Has a payment been paid

A payment of $84.24 on October 16th for ATT Direct TV was debited from my account. At the time I was in the middle of transferring money to my debit Mastercard. The transaction looks like it’s been paid? I see no transaction from my checking account. Can you please look into this for me? The money is now in my pay pal account to be paid? 1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
