I opened a PayPal account because a customer requested I do so inorder to pay for a service at our spa. He came got the service and then cancelled the payment. I quickly asked him and he claimed he didn't know how it happened. He sent again the 50USD which is now being held by PayPal. Kindly help how i can get the money. I cannot find any help tab to reach PayPal customer support.
