GETTING MY MONEY THATS ON HOLD

I accidentally had someone send me a few dollars to help me out with something but I had them send it to my PayPal Bussiness account but I didn't mean to do that. Now their telling me I'm a New SELLER and my money is on hold. But you know how you send someone on paypal it went to items and Goods instead of the individual you were sending it too. How can I get my money back from this Business Acct which it never should have WENT TO IN THE BEGINNING. WHAT DO I DO ARE THEIR STEPS OR ONE GIVEN SOLUTION ( PLEASE HELP ME I CANT GET THE MONEY THAT'S ON HOLD ) THANK YOU

Sadly nothing you can do until its released from the hold.

You could try marking the item as shipped and then the sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed.

my money was available but i can make it transfer on my card. they said i need to send them a valid id which is i already did and it sayS it takes 3 to 7 business days ,, its already pass 7 days and nothing will change ,, it s still stock on my account which i really need this money inn this pandemic its been #years since the money was lock up on this paypal account.. This paypal is really not helpful to all their Member.
