Hi, I transferred funds from my pay pal account to my bank accounts in the Philippines. Today I noticed it was gone. I called the bank and they said it was Paypal who requested for the money back. The amount is not found in my paypal account. What happaned? I have transferred funds from paypal to my bank account before and never encountered this problem before. Please help.
