I keep getting this error while trying to send money for a business transaction 'Sorry this recipient can't accept payments right now'. PayPal customer service have been zero (0) help.

What country are they in and do they have any limitations on their account?
Are you sending goods/services or friends/family and which account type do they have?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
