Why is my reoccurring donation to a vendor pulling funds from my balance 1st before pulling funds from my credit card? I don't want it to ever pull from my balance and only pull from my credit card but I have tried unsuccessfully several times to make that change but the paypal system won't let me. I even tried fixing the problem by canceling my reoccurring donation and re-setting it up but the same issue of pulling from my balance first is still happening for that vendor. Please help me.
