Countries / currencies?

Funding source being used?

Back up funding sources linked?

Are they all confirmed?

Are you using your balance?

New account?

Old account/new issue?

Received funds before?

If you have a new paypal account then make sure that you have confirmed your email address + that you have added and confirmed a card on that account.

Then check the email address the buyer used to send the funds and make sure there were no spelling errors or typos.

Lastly ask the sender what it says next to the transaction in their paypal account eg pending/unclaimed/payment/completed or sent?

He/She use thier credit card to pay and the thier bank or company of credit card was email him/her the confirmation email that says the balance of thier credit was deducted..
