Hi there,
I made a purchase back in October 2nd through paypal with a merchant. It was paid for by my linked credit card and it was fully paid for then transaction was posted to my credit card.
Fast forward two weeks(today), I returned the said product and merchant issued a refund through paypal. There is a new paypal transaction for the refund; however, I have another pending transaction on my credit card for that exact amount to the same merchant instead of a refund.
I'm trying to figure out if this is an error with paypal or just overall how refund works.
