Cash in to Gcash from Paypal

I’m unable to cash in to Gcash from paypal. I’m getting an error that says “ Sorry, your cash in via Paypal cannot be processed due to a Paypal system error. Please try again after a few hours.” It’s been hours already and still I can’t cash in to Gcash!
