Cancel transaction

Hello, me and the seller want to cancel the transaction and retreive thé privé and fees. How can we do it ? Thank you

If the seller wants to refund you then they click on the transaction in their paypal account and then use the 'refund' option bottom of that details page as per link.

However any fee that they were charged when they received your payment would not be returned as part of any refund made.

So if they did not have the full amount (minus fee) in their balance when they refunded the rest would be sourced by their linked bank account or card (country dependent).
