Can't send money to my wife's account (no one linked bank card appear)

Hi all, recently I and my wife lost possibility to send money to each other account, when we go to "Send" page, type the sum then we see "Please add a payment option" even we have few linked bank cards.Also, when I choose different account to send (any account from my contact list) it allows me to choose bank card and send money.
