Buyer claims Ebay invoice value changed when going to pay it

Hi all - I have sold an item on Ebay for AUD $200 + $95 shipping for a total of $295. The invoice has been sent from Ebay for this amount, however, the buyer is refusing to pay because they have said that the amount on their end changes to AU 359.90 - can this be correct? Is there any reason as to why this would happen? I am in Australia and the buyer is in Italy. Thank you

About a year ago, I tried to buy a special drum keychain for my son from Australia & the shipping was outrageous. They cancelled the purchase, stating they did not want to charge more than the product was worth for shipping.

Thank you for your first post in the Community Forum, and welcome! I'm sorry to hear about a changed invoice. That really does sound strange!

I think it would be best if you contact Customer Service to allow investigation and account-specific troubleshooting, but you can also cancel the invoice and issue another one if you need to have a quicker resolution.

I hope this can be resolved quickly!
