Hi, Paypal user from Canada. Never had an easy time using this app, always some sort of issue.
I've linked my bank account and debit cards to my paypal, my savings account is okay, debit card is okay, niether has a notification but the chequing account says I need to "Accept Mandate" with the little symbol in the upper right corner. I would like to so that I may transfer the funds I have on my paypal account to my bank account.
The funds are currently on hold (for some unknown reason) but once they aren't I'd like to be able to use them. If someone doesn't mind explaining why the funds are on hold and why the funds seem to be going down a few cents a day that would also be appreciated.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
