I connected my PayPal to my QNB (Qatar) bank account. When I want to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account, QNB bank says my PayPal balance is 0.00 USD! Bank isn't helping. Please show me how to fix this issue?

Are the funds cleared and not pending and in the correct currency?
