I have also an issue and my account is restricted for almost 1 year and they said that paypal will email me after 180 days to withdraw my money in my restricted account $39.24 but still I didn't get any response from paypal. I am still able to login to my account and can see my balance but can't send or receive any money in my account and also I am unable to contact them, plz help me in this regards!
