Add money to balance

Where is add money to balance button? I can not find ti and i can not have any money in wallet.  I found this procedure

1. Click Wallet
2. Click Transfer Money.
3. Click Add money to your balance.
4. Select your bank and enter the amount you want to transfer.
5. Click Add.

, but like i said there is no possibilities to add money to balance.

You haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately we can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
