Accidential Payment

It's not my fault a user accidentally sent me a payment I wasn't supposed to receive. I want to refund it to him but I don't have such option in the transaction details. Please help.

Make sure you do a part refund if the payment was sent using the goods/services option so that you are not left paying the fee charged when you accepted the payment.
