A friend selected wrong way to sent money

I have no idea if thats the right section but im trying to figure it out, im new around.
So a friend did a transfer of money and he selected wrong way, he did invoice that family and friends. So now we are both stuck without option to refund it or change shipping status. Its been already almost a week and still not able to refund it, says technical issues. Is anyway to undo it and sent me the money regulary? Looking for technical support 5 days now and still chat says didnt find anyone, im kinda desperate and disappointed at this point

Are the funds on hold?

If so you would have to wait for them to clear before you can refund.

Also even if you do refund you won't get back the fee you were charged when that refund is made.

Yea Money is on hold. Invoice is up and says n/a on everything cause it was just a regular transfer. My friend didnt know of paypal and didnt say anything so he tried to do it without asking me.

Lets say i keep up with the invoice choice. The problem is that says 1 day after delivery the money will transfer but my shipping status is bugged in proceeding and None of us is able to change the setting in completed. Do u know anything about it? So i can just keep up with this method?

One more thing is that my friend didnt put any iteams or anything in creating the hole thing and paypal didnt let me use shipped option or anything so now im stucked, i think at least. Appreciate your help so far, thanks for ya time i hope u understand why i sent double message

These should help. However don't try and refund if the funds are ''on hold'' or the refund will be sourced from your linked bank account and not from the held funds.
