Sorry to post this as a new topic, but I couldn't add to the previous topic with similar title. I had a problem downloading a foreign currency transaction, and was able to fix it by deactivating and reactivating transaction download in Quicken.
When I reactivated I had a very nice surprise. Not only did my PayPal account resume downloads, but my PayPal Extras MasterCard was also detected, and all of its transactions downloaded as well. I've never been able to set that account up manually, and it's a big relief to have it working finally.
You will have to deal with duplicate transactions on the first download, but that having been done, I think I'm set!
