Sometimes folks make a mistake in entering the email address or the number that they are sending the funds to and it goes to the wrong person.
If you issue a refund make sure it was not sent using the goods/services option only if it was you would have been charged a fee to receive it that is NOT returned when you issue a refund, so explain to the person you are refunding that as it was their mistake they pay the fee and part refund them if you go ahead.
