Poor Service from phillipines

I had just been left on hold for 47 minutes while someone was going to check something.  Then a new person picks up the phone and asks for all my info again.  They don't care , they are in the Philippines and no one can track them and report the lousy service.

I will cancel Paypal if they can't get a call center in America.

How disgusting to be treated this way.

The call center in the Philippines is a total joke.

Inept agents who know nothing about dispute resolution.

Unable to comprehend simple facts.

This is a deliberate tactic by PayPal to discourage calling them.
