Paypal my cash error code 203

So I guess paypal my cash whole system is down cause it won't let me load up my card ... can customer service please help!!!

You do not have to accept a check. Call them back and insist on speaking to a supervisor and have them open a ticket for you.

I just spoke to saomeone an hour ago and they did not ask me to accept a refund check, they said it will take some time but they are working on it.

I have had my ticket opened 2 days, am hoping tomorrow is the day...fingers crossed...

I am praying you will get yours tomorrow 123ed! I told them I cannot wait that long and that I have had enough! There was a lady on here that said she knew an attorney that could tell us what we can do about this and if there is enough people that we could sue and it wasn't just for what they owed us but also for the **bleep** they put us through! My story if you read it is very true and I can prove it all to Paypal if they need proof! I wish I could fix this for everyone here. 3 years ago I met a homeless lady digging in a dumpster for food at a local story with no coat on. It made me cry. All the people that saw this poor woman doing this either laughed at her or made a crude comment. I walked over to this woman and asked her where her coat was because it was just starting to snow. She told me she didn't own one and all she had on was a knit sweater over her shirt. I took off my coat and I gave it to her. I always thought that if someday I should need help that there would be someone out there kind enough to do as I did. After being homeless last year at this time and barely having enough to live on nowas it is, I see it's not going to happen. Even if it is Paypal's customer serivice rep! They don't care. My utilities will be shut off soon because I haven't made my payments. How can Paypal taking someone else's money (after we trusted them) be right, even after they give you back your money? I keep telling myself that when and if I get mine back things will be ok. But, the truth is it won't!!!!!! I am going to have to pay turn on fees on top of what I owe with bills! So, this means I can't buy much food when I get it! As the dominos fall I realize I cannot get my daughter anything for Xmas because of Paypal and things keep getting worse. The damage is already done! Is there anyone out there that feels or is going through the same thing? If there is please hit the Kuddos button by my name. I feel that Paypal should not only give us OUR money back but also pay for it! Especially after all the lies they told! I always trusted Paypal and after this I am done. I read on the community board where now when people hit the load it up button after you put in your pin that it comes up "NULL"! So they aren't able to put the money in their account but it at least says that the money is on the card. Seriously how much more has to happen before we as customers do something about it. They are getting off scott free! We need to stop them!

Called them.  they still cant keep track of things, i have to keep calling them back for a progress update.

Finally got 2 cards to load.  Been trying since Saturday.  I did not send my info to PayPal or MyCash.

It's not working. It may work for some people, but for me, it is not.

Today marks the 7th day I am out funds.
