Has any one else out their had issues with adding a bank account to pay for paypal credit, I have been trying to add one since March and paypal has just sent me from department to department with no consistent explanation, I'm fed up of it as it should be something so simple. The one time they did manage to do it they inputted the incorrect account number and then haven't been able to do it again since. Very frustrated here!!
