When shopping online, e.g. on eBay and paying via PayPal, I get an email from paypal.de, but the description only contains „purchase amount“ (in german: Einkaufsbetrag) and not the exact item name. I would be very happy if PayPal would also provide the exact description in the automated e-mail notification. With the info from eBay, the exact article name is also given to me. If you buy a lot through PayPal, you can quickly lose track of things if you don't even know what the payment is for. So please optimize your electronic workflow. Thank you very much.
