how can paypal accept drawing not acceptet by me ?

I was drawn twice -  by FACEBOOK IRELAND Ltd

two drawings - 37 euro one day and 150 euro the next -
I reportet it to paypal and they have stopped it (I hope)

But the question is - how can i happen - I have not answeret a message from paypal and was in no way aware of why or how it happened.

How can it happen - I do not dare to have an paypalaccount if it works that way.
