I have signed up for preapproved payments plan with Chirpify . But i paypay waring : 

= To protect your account, this preapproved payments has been deactivated. To reactivate it, reset your PIN. 

Plz tell me how do reset PIN

I have the exact same problem.  I cant transfer money to my paypal debit card now all of a sudden (Was having no issues) and under preapproved payments it has the error message "To protect your account, this preapproved payments has been deactivated. To reactivate it, reset your PIN." and I have no idea what to do.  I called in tp paypal and they seemed to have no idea how to fix this......
