PayPal + Uber - Not connecting and can I choose currency?

Hello World.

I would LOVE to use PayPal to pay for my Uber rides, but every time I try to connect my account to Uber it fails.

Could the problem be related to the fact that I have two wallets - one for Canadian currency and one for US? 

Related question: once connected is there any option to choose the PayPal wallet the payment comes from?
