New Limited company and opening new Paypal

Hi there

we are a UK based Limited company whom are considering closing our old company and opening a new limited company under a new name, is this possible to open another paypal and continue selling on ebay as normal, ps i did look into the name change on paypal but was advised that this was only if the company name was changed and not a new formation, any advice would be appreciated..

You are allowed x1 personal account and x1 business account with paypal.

HOWEVER if you close your business account then you can of course open another one.

Make sure you remove all finanacial info eg cards / bank accounts BEFORE you close the account.
