Anyone out there that have tried to etsbalish a branch for e-commerce with PayPal in Gibraltar ?
I am very interested to hear about it. I have not been able get my limitations lifted , and get diffirent answers every time I call
Paypal.
I GET :
New answers , diffirent answers, completely irrelevatnt answers, automatic answers, answers in English very hard to undertstand.
I have recordings documenting that one support person gives a completely opposite answer than the person the day before.
Arrogant and patronizing attitude.
System says everything is recieved of docs, but support does not view the same screen as us clients, and its almost impossible to get intio their heads that they are not answering my questions which are based on what I see on my screen. Suppport have a diffirent screen an refuses totally to answer anything that they do now see on their own screen.
Example :
Me: On my screen there is no such option when you press profil !
Support : You have to update your .......
Me : OK - but hrere is no scu option on myh screen
Support : You have to update your ....
Like talking to a machine that HAS STANDARD ANSWERS ONLY.
I was employed by this arrogant company, I would be very shamefull and not tell anybody about who is my employer.
