is anyone else having trouble voiding a lable

hi, I have tried for 2 days to void a label and its telling me to go to shipping details. there is no void icon  there, Help

I am.  There was an outage earlier this morning in the middle of printing.  I retried printing.  Neither worked. 

Just got back to my workstation and both labels are charged and tried to void the other.  To no avail.  Written paypal to see whats up.  Keep me posted if you hear anything.

I had problems printing a label this morning and finally got it to print  in the mean time I paid for 3 shipping labels I need to void  that didn't show for the same item and when I try it just keeps trying to load and then all of a sudden it says try again later.  Any Idea why when I click the link for voiding the label it tries to load and tells me to try again later.  I have never had this problem before.  Thank you for any help.   Colleen

I am also having the same problem trying to void two labels and its already been a week, it just keep saying

"Sorry, we could not complete your transaction at this time. Please try again later."  Going to keep waiting until the end of the month and I guess i will call my credit card company.

If this is an eBay label, I had the same problems. You have to go to your eBay account, click on selling, and then shipping labels.  There you can void a label.  I was told that you cannot void eBay labels through PayPal.
