I tried to print out a lable the other day and for some reason the label area was blank where it usually has the address. I was running late and didnt have any more time to mess with it so I cancelled the shipment.
I got the email confirming the shipment through UPS was cancelled but my money for the shipment is still taken out for the shipment and its already been 3 days.
so why is it going through all of that when the shipment was cancelled?
heck...how long does it take to get a response to a question?
this one is easy or should be. I checked the tracking number again for the 5th time and it says plain as day the label was canceled and item wasnt shipped. where is my dang money?
since nobody answered my question I will now that I know. It takes 5 days ..unless when money is siezed from your account., it takes 5 days for them to give it back after the UPS label has expired.
it takes them up to 3 weeks to refund it. WHICH TOTALLY **bleep** and it happens way too often for my liking. I am waiting since April 25th it is now May 10th 15 days later and still no refund.
