i paid for and printed out a shipping label but the post office and they said i paid too much so i decided to take that postage off and pay less for the postage and assumed since i have the new postage and delivery confirmation reciepts that i can void the label and get a refund on my postage from paypal but, it's not letting me do it. Now what?
