i have been printing labels for years with great success. i had a large box and wanted a larger label so changed my printer paper edit to 8.5 x 11 and that worked fine. i have changed the edit on the printer back to 8 x 10 but have had no luck getting the ebay/paypal to print the smaller labels that i have been printing for years. there is no spot on the print page to change the size back as i did on the printer. i called support at ebay and got nowhere. i printed my last label via paypal and the label is almost as big as the small flat rate box. i even change printer but that did not work either. please tell me how to change the settings on the ebay / paypal site.
