create a shipping lable from a random payment received

I received a payment for am item list on another site and want to ship this Item but I do not have a ship button on that payment.

How can I create the shipment?

In paypal, go to Multiple Order Shipping. On the window that comes up, select Create New Orders. This can be used to create single shipping labels with any of the normal shipping options offered in paypal.
