Why doesn't Paypal support printing UPS labels on a thermal printer?

I see you can print USPS labels on a thermal printer, but i want to print UPS labels on my thermal printer.    It can't be that difficult, i can do it no problem right on UPS's site.   It looks like the only option through paypal is using a regular printer.

Right now, i have to cut & paste the address from Paypal, and log into UPS separately, create & print the label through UPS, and copy the tracking number back into Paypal, and ebay.

There must be a simpler way to do this.

you assume someone at paypal cares ? it took years for them to add the Flat rate boxes in USPS. I wonder if any real humans are at paypal or just some geek getting rich.

Is UPS stupid? Paypal users have no chance to print UPS label on UPS' thermal printer, but they can print USPS label on UPS' thermal printer and UPS' FREE thermal paper. why???

Yes, why can't they format the label like USPS does for the thermal printers. i want this as an option too. it can't be that hard.

Thanks

WORKAROUND!    I created a Word document - sized 4x6, set Margins at 0, and Orientation to Landscape.   Save this document and then make it Read-Only so you don't accidentally make changes.  When you go to print the UPS label, copy the Image of the label, paste it into the Word document, drag to resize if needed, and print to your label printer  (mine is a Zebra LP2844 with 4x6 labels - adjust the paper size for yours accordingly).

I left this solution a couple of years ago... Simple but effective.  It involves 1 extra step. When paypal presents label for printing, right click on label and select 'save picture as' .. Give it a name and save it as a picture.  then open picture and select print.  you have to adjust paper size and margins but once you get it right you can print the label as a fax and it comes out fine... I have been printing UPS labels from Paypal to  my lp2844(cuz i sell em) for a couple of years without a problem.  One of the side benefits is that if you lose the label before it gets on the package you can go back and reprint it.  I just got on this forum tontine to see if paypal ever got around to making the change to their shipping to make it work... Surprised they still haven't.
